Refund Policy
At Critiera, we strive to provide exceptional Business Consulting Services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date.
- The service must not have been fully rendered or completed.
- Clients must provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a scheduled consulting session or service, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Provide your name, contact information, and details of the service to be canceled.
Partial Refunds
In cases where a service has been partially rendered, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the services provided. The decision will be at the discretion of Critiera management.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Consulting services that have been fully delivered.
- Customized reports or analyses that have been completed.
- Any service that has been executed as per the client’s specific instructions.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
